Quantus helps you maintain control over your materials so that you have enough inventory to meet current planned demands without also having too much unused inventory on hand.
Our system will:
- Keep track of lead times for receiving raw materials from your vendors.
- Provide a material management screen allowing you to see real demands, i.e., materials needed based on sales orders and work orders in the system.
- Produce purchase orders or work orders to fill demands right from the material management screen. The system automatically enters information based on demands.
- Run trend reports to give you accurate information you need on the materials your business is really using.
- Run reports that show which items are becoming obsolete or not profitable to help you make decisions that will keep your company competitive and profitable.
